Gmail + PostSignup
Gmail is the most popular email choice for startups. Here's how to connect it.
What You Need
- A Gmail or Google Workspace account
- Admin access (for Workspace accounts)
Connection Steps
- Click "Connect Gmail" in PostSignup
- Sign in to your Google account
- Review permissions (send only - we never read your inbox)
- Authorize the connection
That's it. Takes about 30 seconds.
What Permissions We Request
gmail.send - Allows sending emails only
We do NOT request:
- gmail.read (inbox access)
- gmail.modify (changing emails)
- contacts.read (contact access)

Managing the Connection
Revoking Access
Go to Google Account > Security > Third-party apps > PostSignup > Remove
