Selecting Recipients

The user selection interface makes it easy to find and target the right users.

Search and Filter

Quick Search

Type email or name to find specific users.

Advanced Filters

Combine multiple criteria:

• Status (active, trial, paid, churned)
• Date ranges (signup date, last active)
• Properties (company, plan, source)

Bulk Selection

Select All (Filtered)

Select all users matching current filters.

Manual Selection

Click individual checkboxes for precise control.

Range Selection

Shift+click to select a range.

Preview Before Sending

Before sending to selected users:

• Review count
• Sample recipient list
• Verify email content

Save Selections as Segments

Frequently used selections? Save them:

• Apply your filters
• Click "Save as Segment"
• Name your segment
• Reuse anytime
